Penny is a 16 month old Lurcher with oodles of love to give.
She loves children and would love a home with children to play with although none too small as she is a bit bouncy!
She loves other dogs and like all Lurchers loves a zoomie
She is house trained and seems to be okay left for reasonable periods; the maximum she’s been left in foster is 3 hours and she’s done fine.
She pulls a bit on the lead but this may improve when she realises she’s getting regular walks, before she came to us she hadn’t been out for a month
She’s never lived with cats although we’ll get her cat tested soon
She seems to travel well in the car
She is a sneaky food thief so extra care is needed in ensuring she can’t get to things she shouldn’t have!
Since coming into foster the wound on her muzzle is healing nicely and her coat is looking less flaky.
She is an all round diamond and her lovely fosterer says “Penny is becoming quite a star; on our walks everybody we meet adores her she will definitely be adopted at first meet I’m sure!”
