EBT cross Nova will be a familiar face to ADIN followers. She was rehomed via our rescue a couple of years ago having been picked up as a stray at around 8 months old.
Sadly it’s not worked out where she is as her owner hasn’t had the time to put in the training and exercise needed. She’s now around 3 years old.
She had got into some bad habits on walks- pulling and lunging at some dogs so needs some work to undo this. A new handler of experience with reactive/nervous dogs would be advantageous.
She has lived with small children for the past two years and lives with them but can be a bit possessive of her food so we think a home with no under 10s may be better. This may also mean her humans have more time to focus on her.
Nova has moved into a new foster home a week ago and is settling well. She can be very anxious about new visitors initially but can be won over with treats and tickles.
She initially pulls a little on the lead but then settles into a trot.
She is crate trained and is happy to go in for a couple of hours through the day for chill time.
She lives with pet rats and doesn’t seem bothered by them.
She is a gorgeous girl who loves a cuddle and is happiest on her human’s knee
