Agnes ***Adopted***

June 7, 2021

❤ Agnes is a pretty Lurcher who turns 2 next week. She was found wandering as a stray and left unclaimed. She has been in foster for a couple of weeks and is now ready to find her forever sofa! 🛋

💩She is clean in the house (she had a couple of accidents when she first moved in but nothing since). She currently only toilets in the garden, not on walks.

🐕 She is great with other dogs.

✅ walks nicely on the lead.

🚗 Travels well in the car

🐇🐱No cats or small furries, she doubtless was bred and used for rabbiting.

🥩🍖🧀She is a bottomless pit when it comes to food which makes training easy but she will pinch anything she can get. Like most Lurchers she jumps up at kitchen units but gets down when told.

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 She is very leggy and has mad half hours so no children under 8. She needs work on her jumping up and leaping all over the place. She is keen to learn but is excitable and giddy.

❌ She is not happy being left and this will be the biggest piece of work for her new family. She has slowly been getting used to a crate, with a kong or puzzle toy, but makes it clear she wants to be with a human at all times. Her new family will need the patience to help Agnes feel comfortable alone and will need to be at home a lot to help her transition. She wouldn’t cope with full-time workers with a midday break.

She is an extremely loveable pooch who will make the most amazing addition to the family ready and willing to help her transition and adjust.
