Jax ***Adopted***

April 27, 2020

Jax is a 2 year old Bichon Frise who came to us via the dog warden and the stray pound

*Jax is very nervous – he needs time to be allowed to get to know you at his pace

*He has cataracts in both eyes so has limited vision and virtually none at night (he is waiting to see a specialist after lockdown)

*He is like a little shadow and hates being left. He currently sleeps in bed with his fosterer.

* He barks at people and dogs walking past the window and can be very reactive on lead. This wasn’t the case when he was in the pound but has got worse. It may because he is guarding or that he gets anxious due to not being able to see.

* Jax is house trained but does have accidents which his fosterer is working on.

*The kennels say he is food possessive and so would need to be an only dog.

*Jax travels very well in the car

*He will require regular grooming

*He has never lived with cats

* Finally, he is adorable. He is sweet, loving and very cuddly!
