Ha’penny or HP to her friends is a real trooper. This 7 year old JRT cross has recently undergone surgery to remove a tumour on her vulva and is now fighting fit. For the first 7 years of her life she wasnt walked and had no access to toys. She has come on leaps and bounds in foster and has learned to play fetch and walks lovely on and off the lead. She loves the company of her foster sister and is slowly building confidence in socialising with other dogs but doesnt get on with high energy dogs. She has shown no reaction to cats when introduced. She’s a fiesty terrier who didn’t have socialisation for many years so she can be a bit wary around people and isn’t great with sudden movements so no young children.
She does take time to settle initially but once she knows she’s safe she enjoys playing and snuggling.
She isn’t keen on being left and will bark but is not destructive.
Can you offer her a calm and stable loving home where she can begin her new healthy, happy life?
